Eight Engel & Völkers Shops Recognized in the T3 Sixty Mega 1000

Rankings represent top-producing real estate brokerages in the United States by sales volume

The T3 Sixty Mega 1000 was released today, recognizing eight Engel & Völkers shops among the top 1,000 performing brokerages in the nation as ranked by sales volume.

T3 Sixty annually collects and analyzes over 12,000 data points to develop the Mega 1000. It researches approximately 2,500 real estate brokerages, all real estate franchisors, all real estate enterprises, and a selection of large real estate networks. 

Brokerages in the Mega 1000 captured 58.8 percent of 2022’s national sales volume of just over $4 trillion. The share of transaction sides completed by Mega 1000 brokerages rose slightly to 45 percent in 2022 from 44.3 percent in 2021.

The top 100 brokerages, a group which includes Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group, accounted for 37.5 percent of national sales volume compared with 36.9 percent in 2021.
